Appointments can be scheduled at any time during your home purchasing process. It is recommended that you add a home inspection as a condition of sale. Most contracts require an inspection within a certain number of days after the contract is accepted by the seller and the buyer.
Scheduling a pre-listing inspection allows you to find out what simple repairs you can make to get the best price for your home or what leverage you may have during contract negotiation. For example, if you have a fence that needs to be replaced and the cost is $4,000 you can list your house with that allowance.

Some appointments can be scheduled for the day you call, or Larry can be "on call" for when the contract is final.

We will also accept a personal check with proper identification at the time of the transaction. A service fee of $30.00 will be accessed for all insufficient checks.
