Scheduling an Inspection

Appointments: Appointments can be scheduled at any time during your home purchasing process. It is recommended that you add a home inspection as a condition of sale. Most contracts require an inspection within a certain number of days after the contract is accepted by the seller and the buyer.

Scheduling a pre-listing inspection allows you to find out what simple repairs you can make to get the best price for your home or what leverage you may have during contract negotiation. For example, if you have electrical issues or a water heather that needs to be replaced and the cost is $800 you can list your house with that allowance.

Some appointments can be scheduled for the day you call, or I can be "on call" for when the contract is accepted.

Payment: We accept master card, visa & personal checks with proper identification at the time of the transaction. A service fee of $30.00 will be accessed for all insufficient checks.

If you are not satisified with my service, I will endeavor to make it right. If we cannot reach an agreement on a resolution, I will refund my fee for the inspection. All services are outlined in the inspection scope and Inspection Agreement.

Your complete satisfaction is my goal!

Pricing: The price of your inspection will vary depending on several factors such as home square footage, number of bathrooms, bedrooms, service types (gas vs. electric). In general a 1,500-2,000 square foot/3 bedroom/2 bath home will cost $250.00
